What is included in Explorer?
Explorer is free and needs no card. You get unlimited text consultations (fair-use rate limits apply), Core Foundation scenarios, basic physical exam findings, a feedback summary, and limited history. Voice is not included each month, but you can earn voice credits by watching ads or buy extra credits after you create an account.
What are voice consultations and do unused credits expire?
Standard includes 25 voice consultations per month and Pro includes 45. Unused credits stay on your account. Extra packs of 10, 25 or 50 credits are available in Billing for $4.99, $9.99 and $17.99 AUD.
Should I choose Standard or Pro?
Standard is the starting paid plan: full case library, diagnostics, per-criterion feedback, Today’s Clinic and longitudinal patients. Choose Pro for OSCE prep — it adds the OSCE Score Predictor, scenario explanations, contextual coaching, peer comparison, PDF exports and client relationship memory.
How do monthly and annual billing differ?
Annual billing is 17% off the monthly list price, billed once per year. Limited-time beta discounts apply to monthly Standard and Pro only.
Are prices in AUD and can I cancel?
All prices are in AUD and GST inclusive. Checkout is Stripe. There is no free trial on paid plans — access starts after payment. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you already have a Standard or Pro subscription, use Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal and change plan or billing there. A second Checkout session is not started.
Should I buy extra credits or upgrade?
Upgrade if you want the monthly voice allowance plus paid-plan features. Buy extra credits when you already have a plan and need more voice sessions this month. Credit packs are sold in Settings → Billing.
I study at a university — do I need a personal plan?
If your school licenses ACTS, your access is included and you do not need to buy a student plan. Schools can see University Edition for bulk licensing, private cases and cohort analytics.
