Uses your 1 weekly shield. Protects your 0-day streak for the next 48 hours if you miss a practice day.

• Best used before a busy day when you may not consult.
• Does not replace practicing today — complete a consult to secure today.
• If you skip activation, your shield may still auto-apply when you return.
